Hi,

Arthritis is not a disease it is a condition due to wear and tear of the joint. It is an ongoing ageing process just like wrinkles of skin which can be slowed down by right exercise and diet but can not be avoided. Hence, the best way would be to learn to live with it, take the right precaution and work on the delaying of the process.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
