Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 7 year old boy starting playing basketball and now has bad athletes foot with peeled skin and some cracking and bleeding in between his toes...I started using clotrimazole/betamethasone dipropionate cream and his feet have somewhat improved ..im wondering how often I can use it and the side effects of using it?
Hello. I just read through your question. There is no danger in continuing to use the cream. I recommend, however, applying powder to the feet (ie. Talcum powder, baby powder) prior to athletics. This will help prevent the problem from occurring in the first place.
