Suggest Treatment For Awful Smelly Vaginal Discharge
I just went to a walk in clinic today because I had a strong odor and discharge. They found a lost tampon and I have an infection but my RX won t be ready until tomorrow. I don t have a fever, just feel yucky. Will I be ok until then without my RD since I ve had it lost for about 2 weeks?

Vaginal discharge with strong odor might be related to genitourinary tract infection or inflammation.
I would advise you for a battery of investigation like CBC ESR liver function test, urine culture and Vaginal swab culture to find out offending pathogen.
According to report you may require a course of antibiotics under medical supervision.
In my opinion you should not wait for 2 weeks, you should immediately go for investigation and physical examination and prescription of antibiotics.
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene, have lots of fluids which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract.
