Suggest Treatment For Azoospermia

Hello Dr,
My husband aged 28 has been daiagnosed of non obstructive azoospermia (absence of spermatocytic cells) 6 months back. We have not been taking any treatement. Please let me know if there is any treatement and if yes how can proceed with it. Waiting for ur reply very anxiously.

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that your husband has been diagnosed to have Non Obstructive Azoospermia .

Non Obstructive Azoospermia indicates that his both the testicles are not producing any sperm.

I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment as regards size of the testicles and get biopsy of the testicles done to confirm the absence of spermatogenesis in both the testicles.

Unfortunately there are no medications for Non obstructive Azoospermia.
