MY NAME IS RAHIMULLAH: I am 30 years old when I born from my mother I had undesinded testes when I become 14 years old I operation it right site and I operation left site when I become 26 years old I get marred tow years ago I have no children and I have azoospermia I must mention that both site became hol with its self . Rahimullah email add is :( YYYY@YYYY ) Thanks rahimullah
Ideal age for fixing the undescended testes is 6 months to 1 year. After this age, if the testes are left undescended, then due to high temperature of body pelvis, the damage to testes is there and hence genesis of sperms is badly affected. This damage increases more, with age, if remedial measures by surgery are not taken to retrieve the testes in scrotal cells.
Particularly, if both the testes are left undescended by the age of 12,then chances of having azoospermia are almost 100%. In your case, as you have been operated very late, hence, azoospermia is there. Unfortunately, chances of pregnancy are almost nil. IVF, may be successful in very rare cases, if some sperm may be retrieved from testes by specific procedure. However, this all has to be done under guidance of your doctor / fertility specialist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
