Hello

Back pain and occasional blood in urine may be due to renal calculus, urinary tract infection etc.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound is important and it can exclude many possibilities.
CT scan can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
