I had back pain on Thursday during the day. I then had severe pain all over my stomach on Friday morning at 12:30 am. it lasted about 3 hours. Felt stabbing pain when I lay down to try to sleep felt better standing . took 1 Aleve pain went away by 5 am. I am laying down now and my belly is starting to hurt
