Suggest Treatment For Back,chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath

I have been having pain in my back near my right shoulder blade and in my center chest last week. It seemed to go away, now I am having pain when I take deep breaths around my left collar bone and center of chest. What could be the problem. I had chest X-ray last week and they found nothing

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion we should first rule out cardiac cause for your symptoms.
Because central chest pain with left shoulder pain with shortness of breath is seen commonly with cardiac problems.
So get done
1. ECG
2. 2d echo
To rule out cardiac cause.
If both are normal, then no need to worry at all for cardiac cause.
This might be due to anxiety and musculoskeletal pain.
So avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant for pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
