Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Infection On The Penis Head

Have some type of bacterial infection on head and shaft of penis. Happened when partner forgot to wash hands before touching it. Have small bumps look like goosebumps and very itchy and a little painful. What could it be? And what are any treatments? Can I use mupirocin or triple antibiotic cream?
