Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis With Painful Urination

I have been experiencing pain and discomfort in my GU area since Monday. It got progressively worse day to day. By Thursday, I was seen at an urgent care clinic and it was found that I have bacterial vaginosis, a yeast infection and a UTI... I ve been on antibiotics since Thursday evening and have experienced NO relief. The yeast has gotten better, but urination is still excruciating and I m feeling a constant pain. Walking and moving around have become difficult. This morning when I woke, the posterior side of both hands were swollen and hurting. I am also having pain in other areas. I m concerned that there may be other complications and I m worried about my kidneys being affected. I m miserable. Do you think I need to go to the ER or do you think I should wait it out longer and see if relief comes?
