Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis

I have been diagnosed and treated for BV twice. First a pill and then a cream to put inside. I am still having the vaginal discharge. Recently, the area down there has gotten very sensitive. Irritated and itchy. Inflammation. Even hurts to wipe. It kinda feels like I have a bunch of little scratches when I pee. I first blamed it on shaving and the hair growing back. But decided otherwise. Vagasil wipes barely relieve any discomfort. Could I STILL have bacteria vaginosis? What's wrong, why can't I get my pH level correct?
