Suggest Treatment For Bad Chest Cold

I had a really bad chest cold about a month and half ago I am better but now I feel as if I am brathing cold air and my chest feel a little heavy.......I don t really have a cough every once in a while I get a tickle...my dr put my on allergy medicine but I am going in to have a chest xray tomorrow to be safe? Any ideas?

In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. PFT ( Pulmonary Function Test )
I think you are having bronchitis due to viral infection. It is very common in winters and cold climate.
PFT is needed to diagnose bronchitis.
This will also tell you about severity of the disease. And treatment is based on severity only.
So consult pulmonologist and rule out bronchitis first.
