Hello, i would be suspect of a possible pneumonia or fluid in the lungs. Please see your doctor to have the correct diagnosis. You may need a chest x-ray. If you now have a bacterial infection, you may need an antibiotic. You also have a complicated medical history which makes you a compromised patient. You may not have completely healed from the virus and have now relapsed. Consider taking some over-the-counter cold medications. Anti-inflammatory medications such as Tylenol or Motrin may offer some relief. Medication to depress your cough reflex may make your throat feel better. Make sure to keep well hydrated and take the proper amount of balanced vitamins. If your condition does not improve or worsens seek care immediately. Thank you for your inquiry. I hope you begin to feel better soon.
