Hello,

Usually semen do have a smell. Actually sperm is just 1% of the semen and other is protein rich liquid produced by your body. The odor or fishy smell should be from the liquid part of the semen. The smell could be associated with infection which requires expert treatment. Therefore I suggest consulting an urologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
