Suggest Treatment For Bad Smell From Penis Area

Since 2 months ago I have bad smell from my penis area. I've seen my family doctor and I did Urine culture, STD and every thing was negative. I have to see an Urologist next month but this problem is killing my moral, I do not sleep good and avoid now my girlfriend. Please help
