Suggest Treatment For Behavioral Changes In A Child

My son is 5 and a half, i am worried that they might be some underlying problem with him. his eating is terrible, his sleeping is also not good. he is displaying really bad behaviours,he never keeps still n is really loud. he is using funny facial expressions and hand gestures. he makes very jerky movements when he is asleep..... he sees a specialist ( respiratory) as he has asthma, rhinitis n a slight harrison sulcus.thankyou.
