Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Sleep disturbances can be avoided by following methods:
1. Avoid tea, coffee, and chocolate
2. You can give melatonin tablet. It is a natural substance secreted in our body by pineal gland
3. In the evening take him to terrace and play for 45 minutes

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajmohan, Pediatrician
