Suggest Treatment For Belly Button Pain And Constipation After C Section
Hello. I had a c-section in 2006 and in 2009 my c-section started bothering me underneath my belly botton. I can feel a knot where it bothers me. I m also having a problem with constipation. Just today, I went number 1(pee) and there were some particles that came out of my pee hole and when I wiped, there was a brownish color. What is going on with me?
The constipation and reddish brown urine is most probably completely unrelated to the c-section. For the constipation I would recommend long walks, avoid overeating, high fiber diet and plenty of water.
As for the bleed and particles this can be normal if at all you recently had your period, or are expecting it soon. If not then please visit your doctor for a urine analysis, check on hormone levels, blood analysis and even a possible ultrasound examination.
The knot may have to be examined by a surgeon for a more elaborate and accurate conclusion and treatment.
Best wishes.
