Suggest Treatment For Bending Of Neck And Foot Leading To Bad Posture

i have got my check up done by an orthopaedician he says it is due to habit. rest is normal .but i have not got satisfactory response from him .i am 22 presently .my grand mother says at this age i cant change my posture .is it true? should i consult any neurophysician . friends make my fun and call me old woman my neck and left foot remain slightly bent .they say i walk like devanand. please give me advice how to correct it????
