Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder

How can I find help for my 24 yr old grandson who has been diagnosed (at an early age) with bipolar as well as other mental/emotional problems? His psychiatrist gave up on him; he has been in trouble with the law and cannot seem to stay stable for any length of time. He cannot hold a job for more than a month, if that.
