Suggest Treatment For Black Colored Stool With Pain And Pressure On The Abdominal Area

I am a 31 year old male. Four days ago I had 4 bowel movements in an hour that were just like black tar. Since then I have only had one ever other day, which are now pretty dark. The last one was pretty dark, and had a yellow mucus with it. Since the black tar bm's I have felt full, and pressure in what I would say is my upper-left abdomen area. I don't have an appetite, or feel hungry. I can still eat, just not very much. When I do eat I get a sharp pain, and increased pressure in the upper left abdominal area. I also get fairly nauseated, but never vomit. The same abdominal area is painful to touch, and also warmer to the touch than the right side.

Thanks for your query A black, tarry stool (melena) often indicates an upper GI source of bleeding although it could originate from the small intestine or right colon. Other causes of a black stool might include iron or ingestion of bismuth (Pepto-Bismol).
upper GI bleeding could be due to oesahagitis / varices
duodenal and gastric ulcer
bleeding gastric erosions
gastric malignancy etc
Please dont drinkalcohol .It can cause Gastritis and erosions and also Ulcer
Dont take any pain killers
Dont skip meals ,dont smoke
dont eat very spicy and oily foods
Dont eat food from outside.
See a gastroenterologist doctor and get an upper GI endoscopy as soon as possible and follow his advice.
