General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Further evaluation is required to see is there sign of tumor or these are just biliary stones, it inlcude MRI biligraphy or CT scan. In every case, it may require surgical therapy or ERCP procedure if there is sign of duct blockage or tumor which is not first thing to think of, but should be ruled out.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
