Hello. I have a small place on my back that looks like a blackhead, but it goes down into my skin and has a very hard disc feeling area around it. It will not bust or come to the top when squeezed. I have had a couple of patients at work with the same thing and they said they had to have them cut out. What is this and is there no other way to get rid of it other than having it cout out?
