Urologist 's  Response
It depends on what you mean by water infection. Presence of pus cells or red blood cells alone in the urine is not urine infection. Is the infection proven by culture. Has an Ultrasound of kidneys and bladder been done recently and is there any residual urine in the bladder. Has a cystoscopy been done and what are the findings.
If it is true infection then low dose antibiotic has to be tailored to the sensitivity of the bacteria.
