Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding after sex can occur in number of conditions associated with genital tract like:
1. Cervical causes: Cervicitis, cervical erosion, cervical growth
2. Endometrial causes: Endometritis, endometrial growth
3. Vaginal causes: Vaginitis, vaginal growth

The above mentioned causes are the common causes.
A clinical assessment is required to know the cause of bleeding.
Delay in menstrual cycles is most commonly due to pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test (UPT) can be taken to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
Delay in menstrual cycles or prolonged menstrual cycles can occur in normal healthy women, thus, you can wait for the menstrual cycles.
If the cycles continue to be irregular and delayed, you can consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
