Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Along With Bowel Movement

I am bleeding (slightly from rectum) with stool passing and have right upper quadrant stomach pain. I had my gallbladder out in 2006. I also have nausea and heartburn. When passing stool it feels like glass is cutting me and I feel at all times pressure on my bladder like I need to urinate. Started 2 days ago

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fissure in ano producing bleeding and this type of pain while passing stool.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic cream in anal canal.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
