Suggest Treatment For Bleeding And Pain In Ear After Using Qtip
I put a Qtip in my ear and it went in too far and it really hurt. After awhile, my ear started bleeding. After a few days, bleeding subsided and now a clear fluid is coming out of my ear. I called an ear/nose/throat specialist but they cannot see me for two weeks. I keep small pcs. of tissue in ear and keep changing. What do you think is the problem?

Hi,
From history it seems that due to q-tip there might be having some injury in external ear giving rise some infection.
Put antibiotic ear drops after cleaning the ear for 3-4 days.
If pain or selling appears then you might require oral antibiotic medicine course for3-5 days.
Do not allow water while taking shower.
Ok and take care.
