Hello

Bleeding during intercourse may be due to many causes like problem in cervix, vagina, local cause etc.
It need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Direct visualization and Pap smear can be done to confirm any pathology.

Generally ovarian cysts need only follow up but if there is any complications like enlargement in size, pain or infection then surgical removal can be considered.
Patient may also need tumour markers before surgery.
Choice of treatment depend upon many things like age, symptoms, family is completed or not.

Get well soon.
Take Care
