As you told you got hit at your penis while riding bike and later on you could see bleeding though urethra. I must caution you that it is a dangerous sign. At any time bleeding through urethra after an injury points towards injury to the urethra. Since penile part of urethra is very superficial (Just below skin) on the ventral side of penis, it may easily get injured due to blow/hit on penis. If is dangerous because if left untreated it may lead to further complications like outflow obstruction of stricture of urethra later on.

The treatment involve surgical procedure after carefully examining the site. within few days/ weeks of surgery you may be alright. I advise you to take necessary step at the earliest.

Based on the facts that you have sustained injury to yr penis while riding a bike and had bleeding from penis .

The bleeding from penis is mostly injury to urethra,

Drink more water and observe the urine colour that you pass for next few hours .If it gradually becomes clear it can be considered to be due to a trivial injury which can be expected to heal within 4-5 days .

However if the bleeding continues you will need to consult preferably Urologist for clinical assessment he may suggest you to get endoscopic examination of urethral passage done to find out the extent of injury and may advice catheterization and tight penile dressing .
