Hello Doctor I am 26 year old , my wait is 76 kg , I am having Hemorrhoids with sever bleeding , i guess it is internal one . It is there for the last one month, I have taken some medicines but it not making any difference in the current condition . what should i do now ? please give me.
Hello You mentioned that you are having severe bleeding and a known case of hemorrhoids ( internal ) and bleeding is from one month . According to you no medicine is effective , so in my opinion only one option is there ,get a surgery ( surgical removal is only an option ). However , when such patient visit I prescribe them to take etamsylate +tranexamic acid combination 2 tablet twice in day until and unless contraindicated . So consult your physician and take a prescription. If no response within 2-3 day then get a surgery. Good luck.
