Suggest Treatment For Bleeding In The Vagina Caused By Masurbation

I masturbate every now and then but yesterday I masturbated with an pen and I think I may have put it in the wrong hole and it felt very uncomfortable and hurt a little. I bled straight away and I and I am still bleeding today (day 2) and it is quite heavy today. what should I do? Should I wait a couple of days for it stop bleeding and then get help?
