Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bleeding during sleeping may be due to dryness of mucosa, this causes due to less humidity. Other possibilities like hypertension, thrombocytopenia or infection or sinusitis etc.
Use humidifier in the room, check for nose mucosa for packing or application of pressure.
Check blood pressure and platelet count.
Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
