Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Piles
hello doctor. i am having severe bleeding piles. and from few days when i pass out i started to have fever. like if i dont pass, i dont get fever. but from when i pass out i get fever. when i pass out and stool is even hard my started to have severe pain . the wound is somewhere inside. i could not even sit or lay then. i cant tell my family even doctor. help me out pls

Pilex tablet 1 tab 2-3 times a day after food.
Abhayarista 3 tsp with water twice a day after food.
Avoid spicy & heavy food.
