good night doctor. I'm a dentist, general practice from indonesia. Before I'm sorry if my english not good. there are many ways to control the bleeding
first you can apply a cotton of anestesia.
second you can use medications like streptochrom local application, ethymsylate and trenemesic acid.
these you can use with a gauge and even you can use suture also.
