This seems to be just little delay in the menses. In fact I do not think this bleeding has any relation with your sex. This appears to be withdrawal bleeding of the birth control pills you were taking and had stopped. This bleeding would stop within 4-7 days. If it does not stop or if it increases, please report to your Gynaecologist. Though post coital bleeding is an alarming symptom suggesting some lesion - mostly cancer of the mouth of the uterus; i.e. cervix, does not seem so in your case from your history. If the post coital bleeding episode repeats, then you must report to your Gynaecologist to get clinically examined and thoroughly investigated for any lesion on the cervix.
