Hello
It seems from the history that you are having blepharitis. Blepharitis is usually a chronic inflammation of the eyelids. The disease being chronic tends to run a long course and requires treatment for a long time.
The treatment is by use of lid scrubs to clean the eye lid margin and medical treatment by the use of antibiotic and antibiotic- steroid eye drops. Use of artificial tears eye drops provides symptomatic relief.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
