Suggest Treatment For Blisters On The Hand

hey.. Ive been getting these little mini blisters on my hands but only like 1 or 2 a day.. they are smaller then the size of a pencil eraser and probably more like "pin head sized" they itch a little bit and hurt if I touch them.. so I "popped" one or just opened I up I guess, and there was a clear fluid underneath.. but not much.. a tiny amount of blood and then it just stops. it's still open but doesnt bleed anymore.. so far I've gotten 3 but only on my left hand.. any ideas on what it might be? how do I treat this? is it contagious?
