Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Discomfort In Stomach After Consuming Any Food Or Drink

I have been feeling sick every time I consume any food or drink. I have reduced my dairy intake which hasn t made any difference. I am always bloated, and cannot wear tight or have any clothing around my stomach as it makes me feel ill. I have had a sinus infection for a while, which I am currently being treated for and I did manage to throw up a small amount of mucus yesterday because of it. However I have been feeling this discomfort for a while and no matter what I eat or drink I still feel ill. I have resulted in eating less because of it however the bloating is still present and doesn t seem to go away even with a healthy diet and exercise.

Hello......
According to your clinical details, you are may be suffering from Dyspepsia.
The management include some changes in habits with medications.
(1) Dietary habits: avoid junk, oily and spicy foods, do not take Tea and coffee in empty stomach, take water after 1 hour of taking meal, drink water every hour, do not eat hot foods, do not go to bed at least 1 hour after taking meal
(2) Cap Esomeperazole + Domperidon twice a day before meal, Charcol tablets thrice a day after taking meal, Syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice a day after meals.
