Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take Simethicone medication for the bloating.
-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I’ll be glad to help.

Regards,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
