Hello. I take 75mg levothyroxine daily. No problems with that. But I get very bloated all the time. I have given up all dairy exact kefir thick yoghurt that I make myself. I only also eat homemade sourdough bread. I exercise for an HR in the gym daily, and I am not a big eater, as I just get bloated with whatever I eat. I am vegaterain by the way! But recently I have started putting on weight, over and above my bloating weight. It upsets me, all the excersise, and not being able to eat anything without consequences, and I am putting on weight!
