Suggest Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach After Eating Food
I feel bloated after I eat. When I wake up, my stomach is flat. After I have my bfast or lunch, I feel too full. My tummy bloats. When I go to sleep, my stomach n tummy is fully out and I feel heavy. I avoid junk food and aerated drinks or deep fried stuff. My staple diet is rice.
It simply seems to be gastric indigestion issue. You can take following measures. • Eat slowly • Avoid taking too much fatty foods • Stress, smoking avoided • Gas-forming food taken less like cabbage, cauliflower, turnip, onion, etc.
Pantoprazole for 2 weeks can be prescribed. Drink more water. Include green leafy vegetables and fruits more in diet. If no improvement than USG abdomen and further work-up is needed. Consult physician for examination and discuss all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami
