Hi I ve been struggling with stomach issues for the past 3 years. I started noticing them when I first started working out and taking supplements 3 years ago. When I noticed them, I stopped taking supplements but the symptoms didn t go away. I ve been told me symptoms are similar to ulcerative colitis or even Crohn s, but I ve had a colonoscopy and they found nothing. I ve tried eliminating almost everything you can think of from my diet and nothing has helped. I eat a healthy diet, and only drink water, never soft drinks. I ve been off of protein powder for a week now (my latest elimination), and still no help. I drink about 6 bottles of water a day, hoping it will help, but does not. I m honestly at a loss of what to do. I ve gone to numerous doctors and no one seems to know what is wrong, they just figure it s ibs. I ve eliminated certain foods that I would think could trigger it, but if the foods aren t the problem I honestly can t think of what it could be. I am always bloated, exhausted, and have a constant pain in the right side of my back and lower left abdominal. I always feel my bowels are incomplete, and speaking of bowels, the textures change throughout the day and usually end with diahrrea. I would really like some insight on what you think I should do, because 3 years is long enough. I need an answer. Thank you.
