Yes, Since yesterday evening I began to feel bloated with gas in my stomach. I took a couple of tums and this kept me up all night going back and forth to use the bathroom. However I got no relief. This morning I woke up dizzy and heavy headed and still uncomfortable in my stomach it has been this way all day. My blood pressure is 122/88 with controlled HCTZ and Amlodipine. Throughout the day I have eaten peaches and plums and freshly made chicken soup. I hope you an help. Thanks,Evee
You should go for routine blood tests and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen.
You should take antacids (pantoprazole) available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and symptomatic treatment.
Avoid oily, spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.
You will feel better within 3 to 5 days of this medications. You can consult some local doctor or GP who will know about the tests and antibiotic medications.

Stomach upset and bloating is likely due to gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or acute gastritis but here there is no need to worry as it can be cured by medications and diet.
