Suggest Treatment For Block In Ears

I had a cold. Right ear stopped up for going on 2 months now. Saw my primary care Dr. for infection. Tried nose sprays, two rounds of antibiotics and drops for ears. First in right ear, now in both. I am a teacher but can t hear my students talking to me and am getting scared I am losing my hearing. Is it permanent? I have an ENT appointment next week. Is it too late to get help?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
If possible then get a pure tone audiometry done as early as possible. If report shows it's sensory neural hearing loss then treatment needs to be started without wasting any time.
