Suggest Treatment For Blocked And Runny Nose Along With Ear Discomfort

I have had a blocked and runny rose for the past 2 months and as of two days ago i keep feeling lightheaded, spaced out and find it hard to concentrate. Sometimes when I blow my nose my ears pop and i can also sometimes feel pressure build up in my nose.

Hello,

As a first line management you can take antihistamine like Cetirizine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Do steam inhalation to open up blocked sinuses.
