Suggest Treatment For Blocked Food Pipe After Drinking Acid

Hi,

We have a patient who drank acid.Its been a year now. Prsently her food pipe is blocked so the doctors are feeding witha tube dirctly through the stomoch. They say they need to operate but only after weight gain. I would like to know what will be the procedure or cure in this case.
