Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nasal Tubes

I occasionally suffer from blocked nasel tubes particularly nearing the throat. This is a very uncomfortable feeling and when it does come away it is quite painful as it is a solid quite large lump. Is there anything that I can take that will help stop this forming?

Eustachian tube block will be cured by valsava manover,toybee manover,antihistamine,decongestant t,antibiotics
