Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be reoccurring polyp or turbinate hypertrophy on left or deviated nasal septum. So use water vapor inhalation for five days. Drink hot water. Use tablet levocetrizine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will do nasal endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
