My son is 22 and autistic. He will masterbate similar to any 22 year old man, usually by rubbing his penis on his pillow and we have never before had any issues with it. However in the past 2 days he has mater bated and a fair amount of blood presents on his pillow. Other than the blood he seems his usual self

Mostly blood in the semen or hematospermia is a self limiting disease and is caused by inflammation in the spermatic cord or the tube where the sperm travels from the testis to the ejaculatory duct in the prostate. Tell him to stop masturbation for one to two weeks and it will return to normal. The body needs time to heal.
