Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool And A Lump On The Pelvic Area

My Daughter just finished taking metronidazole for 10 days on Monday. Symptoms were gone during the 10+ days. Today the symptoms are back. She has loose, bloody stools with a lump on the left side near pelvic area. Can t get into doctor until tomorrow morning. Should I take her to the ER?

Tab-Diloxanite furoate-500 mg x 3 time a day x 10 days time / for chronic amebiasis.
Tab Meftal spas-1 x 3 times a day.
Tab-Ciplox -Oz- 1 x 2 times a day x 10 days time.
Tab Zincovit-1 per day x 10 days
Prolyte electrolyte supplements x 1 liter per day.
